Registration Deadline is: May 1, 2008.

In order to register, applicant teams must download the pdf application form, complete it, and mail it in to our Hui Okinawa offices by May 1, 2008, along with a check or money order payable to Hui Okinawa for US DOLLARS $150.

Registration is limited to the first 24 teams to qualify with paid entry.
